Return with us to the bygone days of radio when Radio Players West present comedy and drama programs based on original scripts from the 1930s to 50s.

Relive or experience for the first time, the magic of old time radio with sound effects
and original music.

Who We Are

The members of Those Were The Days Radio Players West meet once a month at the Wood Dale Public Library to read old radio scripts, cast shows and plan performance schedules and are one of several groups in the Chicago area organized in January 1992 by Chuck Schaden, original host of the radio program "Those Were The Days," Saturdays from 1 to 5 p.m. on WDCB, 90.9 FM.

Performances are available for not-for-profit organizations, such as libraries, retirement homes, churches, social organizations, etc. weekends and evenings only.
